Unlocking Organic Growth: Experts Share Advisor Strategies from T3
At the 2025 T3 Conference, top wealthtech leaders shared one key piece of advice for advisors looking to unlock organic growth. Softlab360 CEO Henry Zelikovsky shared his thoughts on AI and its effects on organic growth.
Henry shared "AI is very instrumental in organic growth; this year, compared to the last two years, AI has progressed significantly to enable a person to practically speak as if they spoke to themselves, to the investment community they manage.
Organic growth will come from two things: enabling conversation-level quality with the advisor preparing for a conversation, as if they speak to an AI monitor. This will generate better results, and also the machine learning or AI-enabled context that will enable technology companies to profile historical data, a large amount of data to complement the context they're building to speak to their investment community. That will enable people to be more engaged with their potential audience.
And number two: More accounts, larger accounts, one or the other usually works out. Advisors can update or tune their strategy to the audiences to which they apply their language. It's a large language model in technology terms. This will be instrumental in helping them find a new venue to speak more precisely and accurately on the topic that they speak of, which will enable them to grow."
