Who We Are
Engineering Excellence Since 2000
Softlab360 (formerly Starpoint Solutions) has been building production software since 2000. Over the past two decades, we've evolved into a senior-led engineering firm trusted for complex, mission-critical systems across FinTech, AI/ML, robotics, physical security, and enterprise modernization.
Our model is simple: senior engineers, hands-on delivery, and ownership from architecture through production. Every engagement is led by a senior architect with deep domain expertise and supported by US-based leadership. We don't just contribute code—we help clients solve the technical problems that determine whether products scale, modernize, or succeed in the market.
Our clients include TD Ameritrade, FalconX, SIFMA, Advisor360, EyeLock, GrayHair Software, and others building high-stakes platforms where engineering quality matters. Across every engagement, the goal is the same: deliver software that works in the real world and holds up in production.

The People Behind the Engineering
### Henry Zelikovsky
CEO & Founder
Henry Zelikovsky founded Softlab360 in 2000 as the Chief Technology Officer. The company merged with Starpoint Solutions in 2002, where it operated as a Software Engineering Division until 2021, at which time it became an independent entity: Softlab360.
Henry led the company through its evolution and became CEO in July 2021. He has an extensive background in software engineering and development, being a Senior Consultant at Credit Suisse in the 90's and an analyst and software developer at BNY/Mellon, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse for more than a decade before founding his first company, SmartLink.
He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Brooklyn College and a M.S. in Computer Science and Software Engineering from The New York University — Polytechnic School of Engineering. Henry lives in New York and leads large-scale projects and engineering teams located in Europe and the US.
